Refund Policy

Rushmore Learning provides educational resources and consulting services. Due to the nature of our Services (which include proprietary materials, consulting time, preparation, and access to educational content) refunds are limited as outlined below.

1. General Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Rushmore Learning:

  • All sales are final

  • All fees are non-refundable

  • All payments are due in advance of service delivery

By purchasing or engaging with our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Consulting Services

Consulting services are billed based on time, expertise, preparation, and scheduling.

  • Fees are non-refundable once consulting services are scheduled or initiated

  • Missed or canceled appointments without sufficient notice may be forfeited

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and at our discretion

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with outcomes, regulatory results, or business performance.

3. Courses, Educational Programs, and Digital Content

Access to courses, educational materials, downloads, recordings, or proprietary content is granted upon purchase.

Due to the digital and intellectual property nature of these materials no refunds will be provided in the following scenarios:

  • once access is provided

  • partial completion or non-use

  • based on perceived value or results

4. Pre-Inspection Audits and Assessments

Fees for audits, assessments, or preparatory reviews are non-refundable once the order is completed, materials are reviewed, or reports are initiated.

5. No Guarantees

Rushmore Learning does not guarantee regulatory approval, licensing outcomes, compliance determinations, financial performance, or business success. Refunds are not issued based on lack of desired results.

6. Exceptions

Any exceptions to this Refund Policy must be approved in writing by an authorized representative of Rushmore Learning. Approved refunds, if any, may be subject to administrative or processing fees.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Rushmore Learning may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of Services

  • Revocation of access to materials

  • Documentation being provided to the payment processor
